    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb LEAN ground sirloin chuck or round
    1/3 med Sweet onion - diced
    1/4 cup Chi-Chi's Fiesta Picante - Mild
    2 can (11.5 oz) tomato juice
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
    1 can (14.5 oz) regular diced tomatoes
    SEASONINGS
    1 tbl (level) of *Ancho Chile Seasoning
    1 tsp Celery seed
    1 tsp Oregano
    1/4 tsp Coarse black pepper

    Recipe



    In a large pan, cook the beef and onion till meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in tomato juice, picante sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, soup and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes.
    Add water as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
