    2 lbs ground beef
    1 small onion, cubed
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 cans chili beans, with sauce (mild or hot)
    1 cup V-8 juice or tomato juice
    1 can diced tomatoes or chopped tomato or stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Brown beef and onions. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes.
    NOTE: Tastes better the next day.The ingredients have time to meld together.
