    1 can mushrooms
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 lbs. stew meat chunks
    1 can Ro-Tel chili peppers
    1 can tomato bits
    Chili powder to taste
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can chili beans

    Recipe



    Brown stew meat; drain and add onion, mushrooms, peppers, Ro-Tel chili peppers, tomato bits, beans and chili powder. Simmer over low heat for about 6 hours.
