MEL'S CHILI

1 1/2 lb. stew meat (sirloin)
3/4 lb. sausage
#10 can pork and beans
#10 can chili con carne without beans
1 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. red hot pepper (to taste)
3-5 whole crushed jalapeno peppers (to taste)
Course grind together and brown.
1 bell pepper, chopped and browned
1 red pepper, chopped and browned
1 med. onion, chopped and browned
1 clove garlic, minced
3 slices bacon, cut and browned
1 tsp. peppercorns, half crushed
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Simmer in large crock pot - the longer the better!
