    3 pounds pork roast
    1 lg. onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 lg. can chopped green chilies
    1 small can jalapenos
    2 qt. peeled tomatoes
    salt, picante sauce to taste

    Recipe



    Bone and chop pork roast into small pieces. Brown with onion and garlic. Drain. Add other ingredients. Simmer at least 1 hour.

    Serving suggestions: in small bowls with heated tortillas. As dip with tortilla chips. Best to smother burritos made of flour tortillas, beans and ground beef if desired. Top with grated cheese.

    Serve with grated lettuce on the side.
