Pami's Not Really Chili

5 pounds ground beef
1 large onion -- cut in half lengthwise, then sliced into
half-rings
8 stalks celery -- sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms -- sliced
4 medium zucchini -- cut into 1/2" cubes
4 large green peppers -- cut into 1/2" squares
43 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes -- (3 14.5 oz. cans) diced
1 1/2 cups Frank's RedHot hot sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon saltRecipe
Brown beef & onion in large Dutch oven. Drain grease
and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
This freezes well.
