    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds of beef stew meat
    1 pound pork stew meat
    3 tablespoons oil
    3 medium onions - chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    2 chipolte peppers
    2 cups canned whole tomatoes
    4 ancho peppers – dried
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 teaspoons cumin
    2 bay leaves
    8 oz. pale ale beer
    1 cup chicken stock
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Season the meat with salt and pepper and grill over high heat to a char. Remove from the grill. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil until golden. Add the meat and remaining ingredients and cook until meat is tender and sauce is reduced. To make sauce hotter, add cayenne pepper to taste.
