List of Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14-16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Garnish:
Sour Cream
Grated Cheese
Avocado or Guacamole
Green Onions, chopped
Corn Chips
Salsa
Recipe
In a large sauce pan or Dutch oven, brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, beans, corn and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. If desired, garnish with any or all suggested garnishes. Serves 10.
