    List of Ingredients




    2 15 oz. cans hot chili beans
    2 15 oz. red kidney beans
    1/2 large can tomato juice
    1/2 large jar hot salsa
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1/2 packet of chili seasoning
    chili powder
    1/2 can of beer


    Recipe



    Brown ground beef with onions and peppers in a large pot. Drain ground beef and add other ingredients, adding chili powder to taste. Cook over low to medium heat for at least two hours. The longer the cooking time the better the flavor. For less spice omit the green chilies. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and try bite size corn chips instead of crackers.
