    3 pounds ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1 square unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 Tablespoon crushed red pepper
    1 Tablespoon white pepper
    3 Tablespoons chili powder
    1 Tablespoon salt
    1 Tablespoon Accent seasoning
    1 Tablespoon cumin powder
    2-1/2 cups water
    2 cans light red kidney beans with liquid

    Brown ground chuck and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 4 hours.
