    2 lbs. chili meat or ground beef
    1 sm. onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tbsp. salt
    1 tbsp. paprika
    1 tbsp. cumin powder
    2 heaping tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (8 oz.) cans water
    1 (8 oz.) can beer
    2 tbsp. masa harina

    Recipe



    Brown meat and drain. Add other ingredients except masa. Stir until well blended. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. About 1/2 hour before serving, make a paste of masa and a little water. Add to chili while stirring to prevent lumping. Serves 6.
