This is from world famous Tony Packo's in Toledo, OH. I am told they make 2 sauces...their original, which is only served on premise and a canned version that is sold nationwide. The "experts" claim they are very different. This is the canned version.


List of Ingredients




2 pound(s) Ground beef
3 cup(s) Water
2 tablespoon(s) Chili powder
1 tablespoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika, Hungarian
1/2 tablespoon Thyme, dried
1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder
2 Garlic clove(s), minced
1 teaspoon Salt
dash Cayenne pepper

Brown burger making sure to break up large chunks.
Add remaining ingredients and slowly cook for 1 or more hours.
