List of Ingredients
3 MEDIUM POTATOES
1 MEDIUM RED ONION OR VIDALIA, CHOPPED
1/2 TSP. SEASONED SALT, OR TO TASTE
1/4 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. PEPPER
1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
Recipe
1) In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add potatoes, onion, salts and pepper. Stirring frequently, sauté until potatoes are soft and onion in translucent, about 10 minutes.
2) Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.
3) Remove cover and cook until browned and crispy.
4) Serve with ketchup if desired.
