    2 cups Soya Sauce
    1/4 oz. sherry (cooking)
    4 large cloves of garlic
    4 tbsp. chopped ginger root
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. safflower oil
    3 green onions

    Recipe



    Chop the garlic cloves, green onions and ginger.

    Mix soya sauce, sherry, brown sugar and safflower oil and add the
    chopped ingredients in a pot.

    Bring to a boil, let cool and strain.

    Stores well in the fridge.

    Marinade steak, chicken, or fish.
