    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. ground beef

    1 egg

    2 cups chicken broth

    1/2 tsp. mustard

    1 tsp. salt

    1 tsp. pepper

    2 Tbsp. Worchester sauce

    Recipe



    Mix together, adding broth last. Form into thick patties (about 1 cup)

    Brown in oil, drain. Put in casserole dish and pour sauce over

    Sauce:

    2 cups Franco American gravy

    1 Tbsp. Worchester sauce

    1/2 cup ketchup

    2 pats butter

    Boil 2 minutes

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes

    Bishop's Restaurant operated for 35 years at 510 S. Main. It was demolished for a parking lot in 1966.
