# 3 cups [750 mL] long-grained white rice
# 1/2 pound [454 g] lamb, cut in very small pieces
# 1/2 cup [125 mL] onion, finely chopped
# 1/2 green pepper, chopped
# 1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
# 1 clove of garlic, crushed
# 1 teaspoon [5 mL] marjoram
# 1 teaspoon [5 mL] thyme
# 1/4 cup [60 mL] parsley, chopped
# OilRecipe
# Boil rice.
# Meanwhile, brown meat in just a little oil, over medium heat; set aside.
# In the same pan, brown chopped onion, chopped peppers and crushed garlic.
# In a microwave dish, mix together all ingredients.
# Reheat in microwave oven at medium, until hot.
Serves 6.
