Broccoli, Rice and Chili Beans

6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup uncooked instant rice
2 (16-ounce) cans hot chili beans, undrained
16-ounce package broccoli cuts, thawed
1 cup shredded process cheese
Recipe
Cook bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until crisp; drain and set aside. Add rice, beans and broccoli to skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer 5 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and cheese is melted. Serves 6.
