Colorful Sugar Cookie Icing

1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons milk
10 to 15 drops McCormick® Assorted NEON! Food Colors & Egg Dye
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
OR
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Almond Extract
2 teaspoons light corn syrup

Recipe
Stir sugar, milk, food color and extract together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in corn syrup until icing is smooth and glossy. If icing is too thick, add a little more corn syrup.
2. Dip one side of cooled cookies into icing, ice with a spatula, or paint cookies using a small, new paintbrush. Place on a cooling rack set over a sheet of foil. Icing drips will be caught by the foil and can be tossed away for easy cleanup. Allow iced cookies to dry thoroughly before stacking.
Tip: If you would like more than one icing color, mix ingredients as above using separate bowls for each color.
