1 cup flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp. melted butter,cooled
Recipe
Beat the eggs and salt in a small mixer bowl until blended or use a whisk.Add flour,milk and butter,beat at low speed until smooth. Scrape bowl occasionally with rubber spatula.Let batter stand covered with Saran Wrap at least 1 hour. Stir batter before using.Heat skillet until very hot.Grease skillet. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup into hot skillet to make thin crepes.
