List of Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1/2 cup nuts,optional
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup rhubard,diced
1 tsp. baking soda


Recipe

Mix all together,before baking top each loaf with 1 tsp. melted margarine,sprinkle 1 tbsp. sugar over.
Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Make 2 loafs
