    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. pineapple extract
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed bananas,about 2 bananas

    Recipe



    Sift first three ingredients together.Cream oil,extracts and sugar together.Beat in eggs.Add dry ingredients alternately with the mashed bananas and the creamy mixture.
    Drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 deg. for 15 minutes.
