2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup can crushed pineapple,drained
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe



Sift together the flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt.Cream shortening gradually add the brown sugar and beat until light.Add the eggs one by one beating after each addition.Add the pineapple and vanilla.Add the dry ingredients a little at a time beating well after each addition.Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 400 F. deg. oven for about 10 minutes.
