1 pound beef soup bones
1 14 1/2 oz can tomates,mashed
1 carrots,sliced
2 stalks celery with top,sliced
2 medium onion,diced
2 medium potatoes,diced
3 cup water
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 10 oz pkg. frozen mixed vegetablesRecipe
Put all ingredients except the vegetables in the crockpot.Cover,cook on low 8 to 12 hours (high 4 to 6 hours).The vegetables during the last 2 hours of cooking.
