    3 eggs,beaten
    2 cup diced apples
    3 cup flour
    1 cup oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup packed dark brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    cinnamon and sugar mixture

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients together.In a seperate bowl,pour beaten eggs over apples.Stir in oil.Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 in pan and sprinkle top of batter with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes or until done.
