    Mandarin Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Cake:
    1 can mandarin oranges,drained
    1 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Glaze:
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    3 tbsp. butter
    3 tbsp. milk

    Recipe

    Beat together all cake ingredients for 3 minutes.Turn into an 8 inch square cake pan.
    Bake at 350 F. deg. oven for 30 minutes.

    Glaze:
    Combine all glaze ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over warm cake.(that has been picked with a fork)
