    Rhubard Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup brown sugar
    2/3 cup oil
    1 egg
    1 cup sour milk
    1 tsp.salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 cup flour
    1 1/2 cup chopped rhubard

    Topping:
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. margarine

    Recipe

    Mix cake ingredients in order given.Pour onto greased and floured 9 x 13 in. cake pan.
    topping; Melt margarine,add sugar and cinnamon and mix well.Sprinkle over the top of cake dough.
    Bake at a 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes or until test is done with toothpick.
