List of Ingredients
First Layer
Mix 2-cups of crushed graham wafers
1/2 cup of melted butter (save 1/3 cup of crumbs for top)
press mixture into 9 x 9 inch pan
Second Layer
cream together 1/2 cup of butter & 1- 1/4 cups of icing sugar
gradually add 2-eggs & 1 tspn of vanilla
spread onto first layer
Third Layer
whip one pint of whipping cream and add 1 - 16 oz can of crushed pineapple
spread onto second layer and sprinkle leftover crumbs ontop.
