To my children, this is your grandma Rose favorite dessert.


List of Ingredients




Sauce:
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 tsp. butter

Batter:
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Recipe



Sauce: Mix sauce ingredients together and boil for 5 minutes.

Batter:Mix batter ingredients together until smooth.

Put sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and spoon batter over.Bake in a 350 F. deg. oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
