5 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 lbs shortening
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg,slightly beaten
cold water
Recipe
Mix together flour and salt.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender or your hand until mixture resemble coarse oatmeal.
In 1 cup combine vinegar and egg.Add water to make a full cup.Gradually stir liquid into the shortening mixture.Add only enough water to make dough cling together.
Gather into a ball.Roll out portion need on a lightly floured surface.IIf dough is sticking chill for a hour or two.Transfer to pie plate and bake according to your recipe.

Unused portion can be wrap and freeze.
