    Icing---Maple Butter Icing

    List of Ingredients

    Cream 1/4 cup soft margarine.Beat in 3/4 tsp. maple flavoring.Blend in 2 cups sifted icing sugar alternately with 2 to 3 tbsp. milk.Beat until smooth and of good spreading consistency.

    Note: I never siftened the icing sugar and have not problem.
