    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. water
    1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    4 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped candied pineapple
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 pt. strawberry preserves
    1 lb. dark seedless raisins
    1 c. chopped candied cherries
    1 c. chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix and pudding mix in large mixing bowl. Melt butter in saucepan and add 2/3 cup water. Add to cake mix, stir in slightly beaten eggs and vanilla. Beat 4 minutes on high speed. Pour into 6 quart pan.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well with large spoon or hands. Grease large tube pan and lightly dust with flour. Firmly pack mixture in pan within 1 inch of top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until done.
