Rhubard Pecan Muffins

2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/4 cup finely chopped rhubard
Recipe
In a large bowl combine flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt and nuts.In another bowl combine egg,oil,and orange juice.Add to dry ingredients all at once and stir just until moisted.Stir in rhubard.Fill 12 muffin cups almost to the top.
Bake at 375 deg. for 25 to 30 minutes.
Have also done them without the pecan.Or you can add 2 tsp. grated orange peel.
