Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

1 lb tri-color rotini pasta
1 bag frozen vegetable medley (recommend cauliflower, broccoli &
carrot blend)
1 large bottle of ranch salad dressing
2 skinless & boneless chicken breasts
garlic powder
salt
pepper
Recipe
Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat. While cooking, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. When chicken is fully cooked,remove it to a container and place it in the refrigerator.
Boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in large salad bowl. Add frozen vegetable medley and whole bottle of ranch dressing. Mix.
Shred chicken into bite-size pieces by hand into the pasta. Return to the refrigerator to chill for one hour. Serve cold.
