Macaroni-Tuna Salad

Cook according to package directions:
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
Drain.Rinse with cold water.Drain well.
Add:
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 can (7 oz)tuna,drained and flaked
Set aside.
Combine:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Blend well.Pour over macaroni mixture.Mix well.Chill.Recipe
