3 cup chicken broth
3 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. basil leaves,crushed
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2/3 cup alphabet macaroni

Recipe



In a large saucepan,combine chicken broth,tomato juice,water,celery,onion,basil.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until celery and onion are crisp-tender.Stir in vegetable and macaroni.Cook covered over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables and macaroni are tender,stirring occasionally.
Make 7 serving.
P.S. You can add 2 cup cooked cubed chicken with the vegetable and macaroni.
