    1 to 2 pound turnip
    2 tbsp. margarine
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Peel,sliced and wash.
    Cut into cube,put in boiling water and cook until tender.
    When turnip are tender,drain,mash,add margarine,onion,salt and pepper.
    Serve hot.Serves 4 to 6 person.
