    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tbls butter
    • 6oz pkg frozen snow peas, thawed
    • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
    • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
    • 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tbls soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. In a skillet, stir fry snowpeas and mushrooms in butter; stir fry for 2 min.
    2. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, bouillon, water and soy sauce until smooth.
    3. Add to skillet; bring to a boil.
    4. Cook and stir for 1-2 min.
