6 oz Jimmy Dean 50% less fat sausage
1 7.5 oz can buttermilk biscuits
1/2 c egg beaters
1/4 c ff shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray (you will only use 10 of the cups). Brown and crumble sausage, drain and set aside. Remove biscuits from can and roll each biscuit out. Place one biscuit in each of the muffin cups. Evenly divide sausage among each biscuit. Pour even amount of egg substitute on top of sausage. Sprinkle even amount of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
