Tuna Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cans of tuna
1/4 c. mayo
1 boiled egg, chopped
Nice squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 t. dill pickle relish
Butter
2 slices of bread or PITA pocket (per person) (I like
croissants)Recipe
Butter each slice of bread and lay two leaves of
lettuce on each slice.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl then spoon onto
bread. Each sandwich
will have four lettuce leaves on it. If you want to
make tuna pockets leave
the lettuce out and butter top side of bread. Make
tuna sandwich w/ butter
on each outer side of bread and pop into a sandwich
maker. Serve w/ piping hot
soup.
