    List of Ingredients




    1 can (8 oz.) crushed unsweetened pineapple, undrained
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) nonfat sour cream
    1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant coconut cream pudding mix

    Recipe



    In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve with fresh pineapple, grapes and strawberries or other fruit. Store in the refrigerator.

    One 2-Tablespoon serving equals: 40 calories…58 mg sodium…1 mg cholesterol…8 gm carbohydrate…1 gm protein…trace fat
