List of Ingredients
1 lb Bohemian Conch, diced
3 cup Yellow Onions, diced
3 cup Green Pepper, diced
3 cup Celery, diced
3 cup Peeled cucumber, diced
3 cup Conconse Tomatoes
3 oz. Fresh lime juice
3 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1 oz. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco
Recipe
1. Marinate Conch in half the amount of juices for a few hours.
2.Strain and add remaining ingredients, combine.
Serve cold with corn tostadas or chips..
