List of Ingredients
- 4 large frozen pretzels
- 1/2 cup strong dark beer
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese
- S&P
Instructions
- Cook pretzels according to package. Meanwhile whisk together beer, onion and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until slightly thickened.
- Gradually whisk in cheese until completely melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with warm pretzels for dipping.
