    List of Ingredients


    • 4 large frozen pretzels
    • 1/2 cup strong dark beer
    • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
    • 2 tsp. cornstarch
    • 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese
    • S&P


    Instructions


    1. Cook pretzels according to package. Meanwhile whisk together beer, onion and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until slightly thickened.
    2. Gradually whisk in cheese until completely melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Serve with warm pretzels for dipping.
