    List of Ingredients


    • 12oz beer (not dark)
    • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
    • 2 minced serrano chilies
    • 1 tbl black peppercorn
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 4 thyme sprigs
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1/2 cup Texas BBQ rub
    • 1/2 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Combine ingredients in saucepan over low. Cook for a about 5 minutes.
