- 1/2 cup + 1 tbl coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup egg white protein powder
- 1 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 cup applesauce
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in bowl using mixer, mix until smooth.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
