Paleo Almond Churros Waffles

List of Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 coconut milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbl honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbl coconut oil
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- Salt
Instructions
- Blend flour, baking soda and salt
- Add coconut milk, eggs, honey and extract, mix well
- Preheat waffle iron and place some of the mixture inside
- Place coconut oil in a wide-mouth bowl. Place the coconut sugar in a separate bowl
- After waffles are cooked, dip into the melted butter, then coat with coconut sugar
- Serve warm
