White Bean & Tuna Panzanella

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 baguette, torn into pieces
- 4 tbl EVOO
- 19 oz cannelli beans, drained
- 2 pickles, cut into bite sized
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- 2 tbl red wine vinegar
- 12 oz tuna
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Heat broiler. Toss baugette with 1 tbl of oil. Broil until golden, 3-4 minutes.
- Combine beans, pickles, onion, vinegar and oil, salt & pepper. Fold in baugette and top with drained tuna.
