    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1/4 cup + 1 tsp freash lavender OR 2tsp dried
    • 3 tbl gin
    • Ice
    • Prosecco, chilled


    Instructions


    1. In small saucepan, combine the sugar, 1/4 cup fresh lavender or 1 tsp dried and 1.5 cups water. Boil over med high heat. Lower heat and simmer stirring 5 minutes, let cool.
    2. In shaker, combine the remaining lavender gin and 1.5 tbl of the lavender syrup, add ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute ad top with prosecco. Garnish with lavender sprig.
