    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pt blackberries
    • 3/4 cup sweet red vermouth
    • 2 Tbl superfine sugar
    • 1 bottle Prosecco, shilled


    Instructions


    1. Gently stir together the blackberries, vermouth and sugar in bowl. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until blackberries release juices and sugar dissolves. About 1 hour.
    2. Spoon 2 Tbl blackberry juice into champagne flutes with a few blackberries. Top with Prosecco.
