    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cup dates
    • 1 1/2 cup walnuts
    • 1/2 cup unsweeted cocoa
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup unsweeted coconut milk


    Instructions


    1. Grind the dates and walnuts in a good processor. Add the cocoa and cinnamon.
    2. Mix into a bowl with the coconut milk then shape hte dough into balls. It should not be sticky.
    3. Freeze until solid, then enojoy.
