Fruit w/ White Wine

- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp snipped, fresh mint
- 3 med plums, pitted and corsely chopped
- 2 med nectarines, pitted and corsely chopped
- 2 med peaches, pitted and corsely chopped
Instructions
- In small pan, combine wine and sugar. Heat until boiling, stir to dissolve sugar. Boil gently, uncovered, 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mint. Cool completely. Strain through fine mesh strainer, discard mint.
- In large bowl, combine fruit. Add mixture, toss to coat. Cover and chill 1-8 hours. Garnish with mint.
